1. Use of the Site & Eligibility

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

1. All product details, specifications, features, and prices are displayed on the Site in good faith.
2. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST or any applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).
3. Product availability is subject to change. If an item is out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and offer alternative, cancellation, or refund.
4. We reserve the right to adjust or correct pricing errors, even after your order is placed, provided we notify you before shipment.

3. Ordering & Payment

1. When you place an order, you are offering to buy the product(s) you selected under these Terms.
2. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason (e.g. out-of-stock, pricing error, verification failure).
3. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the Site (credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, etc.).
4. Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

1. We deliver only within India unless otherwise specified.
2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, holidays, etc.
3. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. You must inspect the package before accepting it.
4. If the product is damaged in transit, please refuse delivery or note damage in the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange

1. We allow returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
2. For returns due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping charges.
3. For change-of-mind returns, you may bear the return shipping cost.
4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 working days after we receive the returned item.

6. Warranty & Liability

1. Our products are covered under quality assurance for manufacturing defects.
2. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product.
3. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

7. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics) is protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or sell our content without our written permission.
